About the Host:
It’s your host, KP! I have been in corporate life at a large company for over 20 years. Most of that time has been spent in Human Resources, partnering with leaders, doing workplace investigations and helping employees to navigate their own, or someone else’s performance concerns. This is not official legal advice or medical therapy — just a person who has dedicated her life to helping people confront sticky, uncomfortable or at times, illegal workplace situations. I specialize in giving employees the tools to do it confidently and walk away without burned bridges. I LOVE what I have spent my career doing. I have tried hard to keep the “Human” in Human Resources front and center.
I’m a Believer, a BoyMom and a Tar Heel, “born, bred and when I die dead.” If you know you know. I received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at UNC. I love people and I want to help where I can.
